Meet Tiffany

I didn’t start out behind a desk.

Before law school, I spent almost ten years in restaurants—working my way from server to shift manager and learning firsthand what it takes to build a brand people recognize, trust, and come back to. I know what it’s like to watch a name, a menu, a logo, and an experience become part of a business’s identity—and how much it stings when someone else tries to take it.

Later, as an ER technician, I learned to listen closely, stay calm under pressure, and catch the details that matter. Those skills followed me into law, where one overlooked detail can make a meaningful difference in protecting a brand.

At Oklahoma City University School of Law, I pursued an Intellectual Property, Sports & Entertainment Law (IPSEL) Certificate, completing focused coursework, practical experiential training, and substantial research and writing in intellectual property and related areas. That specialized training gave me a deeper foundation in the legal issues affecting brands, creative works, and the businesses built around them—and ultimately helped shape the focus of my practice.

Today, I bring all of those experiences together in my work: industry experience, specialized intellectual property training, practical problem-solving, and a genuine understanding of what your brand means to you.

Clients consistently tell me the same things: I’m easy to talk to, I explain things so they actually make sense, and I’m on top of things.

That’s not an accident.

It’s how I run this firm.
